What You Get
• Private use of facility for 2 hours.
• 1-2 staff members are provided.
• Up to 25 children included, all adults are FREE (1 adult per 4 children MUST be
present in the water). We strongly encourage more adults to be in the water when
very young children are in the pool. LifeSTROKES staff are NOT in the water.
• Additional children may attend for an extra fee of $50.
• Set up and tear down of tables and chairs are provided.
• Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
• Includes the gift of a LifeSTROKES, LLC embroidered swim towel for the birthday
child (Additional towels are available to purchase for $25 when more than 1 child
is celebrated).
• Choose a 2-hour window on Saturdays only: 10:00-12:00, 1:00-3:00 or 4:00-6:00.
NOTE: Additional time may be purchased for your party at $50/30 min, depending
on availability.
Party Policies
• Waivers must be signed before the party by all participating patrons, NO
EXCEPTIONS! Extra waivers are available at the front desk if needed.
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is due when you book your party.
• Cancelled parties are allowed to be rescheduled one time, up to 72 hours before
the party, provided the reschedule date is within 1 year of the original party date.
• Any child under 3 yrs. of age or not fully potty trained MUST wear a cloth reusable
swim diaper during all swimming activities. Swim diapers are available to purchase
for $15.
• The party host must ensure there will be an appropriate 1 adult per 4 children
ratio in the water. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Before children can swim freely in the pool, our staff will conduct a swimming test
that must be completed by all children under age 16. After the test, swimmers will
be given a colored wristband to designate which area of the pool the swimmer is
safe to swim in.
• The party host MUST ensure all parents/guardians know they are responsible to
stay and assist their children unless they are strong swimmers and completely
independent in the water.
Additional Information
• Swim Toys: You may bring your own swim toys, however, due to an increased risk
to unskilled swimmers, we do not allow large inflatables in the water.
• Life Jackets & Puddle Jumpers: We have a limited number of puddle jumpers
available for use. If you or your guests are unsure about a child’s swimming ability,
please bring your own coast guard approved lifesaving device to increase safety in
the pool.
• Food & Drink: Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Please let us know if
you need to use the refrigerator and /or freezer for your celebration.
• Decorations: We provide a black tablecloth for all party tables. Please feel free to
bring your own decorations to make the space special for your party.
• Set Up/Clean Up Time: You may arrive 15 minutes early to set up and stay 15
minutes after the party to take down any personal decorations. Adhering to these
guidelines allows our staff time to prepare the facility for our next guests.
• Party Time: You have use of the facility for 2 hours. Have fun, be safe and let us
