COVID Procedures

By securing a spot in the Fall 1 and/or Fall 2 sessions, you are voluntarily participating in this group activity during the COVID-19 pandemic. You are assuming all risks involved and agree to clearly monitor all family members for any symptoms related to the virus and associated variants. 

If a family member has been in contact with someone suspected of, tests positive for, and/or is in quarantine due to COVID-19 and associated variants, you agree to not attend group swim lessons with the understanding there will be no refunds, credits or make-up lessons offered. 

You have also agreed to a monthly payment plan whereas payments will be charged/debited from your account on the 1st of each month accordingly. In the event of a government mandated closure, no refunds or credits will be given for payments made prior to the closure. All future payments within the closure timeline will be suspended. Once classes resume, suspended payments will be activated and prorated for missed lessons during the closure timeframe and all remaining payments will return to normal.

Facility Cleaning

We have always taken great pride in the cleanliness of our facility. You will notice an increase in our disinfecting efforts with special attention to high traffic areas and commonly touched surfaces. Furthermore, sanitizer is available at the front desk and on the counter in each restroom for your use.

Swim family health assessment

We ask that you closely monitor you and your swimmer’s health. We ask that if your child shows any
symptoms of the following: cough, fever, chest congestion, headache, or any other early symptoms
related to COVID-19 that you do not participate in group lessons.

Removal of communal spaces

We have removed the toys and benches from the play area to reduce the number of surfaces children
can encounter while in our facility.

Please note that these are fluid procedures as things change quickly due to health mandates and
weather patterns. We will do our best to update the website in a timely manner but the most up to date
information can be found with our front desk staff.
