COVID Procedures

At LifeSTROKES Swim School, the safety of our swim families and staff members are our #1 priority! We are so thankful to be able to continue offering a safe and fun learning environment for your family using our state-of-the-art Ultraviolet light system. Along with the effects of chorine being present, the water filters through the UV system at an amazing 220 gallons per minute.

To create an even safer environment for you, the following changes have been implemented:

Facility Cleaning

We have always taken great pride in the cleanliness of our facility. You will notice an increase in our disinfecting efforts with special attention to high traffic areas and commonly touched surfaces. Furthermore, sanitizer is available at the front desk and on the counter in each restroom for your use.

Toys and pool equipment are also sanitized between each use.

Safer Staffing Solutions

LifeSTROKES staff will wear a face covering when coming in direct contact with our swim students and families outside of the pool room. Employees that are in the pool room will maintain a safe distance when applicable, however, they will continue to assist as needed to provide the safest environment for our students to learn and grow.

Social Distancing

We have reduced the number of families in the facility following all state guidelines. We have also
reduced the amount of time a patron spends in our facility. We ask that you maintain a safe distance
from others while in our swim school.
Chairs in the observation room have been placed 6 feet apart to allow sufficient air space for
each accompanying adult (one adult per family only)Please refrain from moving the chairs.

Removal of communal spaces

We have removed the toys and benches from the play area to reduce the number of surfaces children
can encounter while in our facility.

Swim family health assessment

We ask that you closely monitor you and your swimmer’s health. We ask that if your child shows any
symptoms of the following: cough, fever, chest congestion, headache, or any other early symptoms
related to COVID-19 that you do not participate in group lessons. To

of the unique circumstances we find ourselves in, we will do our best to accommodate a make-up lesson
for your child IF OUR SCHEDULE ALLOWS. A make-up class is NOT guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

On the first day of a new session, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to check in at the front

families will not be permitted to enter until 5 minutes prior to class.

After checking in for your first lesson of the session, please wait with your student in the car or outside
